Tessa Gregory-Walker
Tessa Gregory-Waker, mezzo-soprano, is a happy-go-lucky Brit who moved to the scorching desert five years ago and now is a permanent resident living with my husband Colby, our three children, and dog Robbie.
Ms. Gregory-Walker has performed onstage in theatre and choirs her whole life and during primary school even got to sing with thousands of other kids at the Royal Albert Hall! Group singing brings Tessa so much joy and loves what it does to build the community. Here in the valley, you may have seen her (not singing) on the Desert Theatreworks or Desert Ensemble theatre stages in Love, Sex and the IRS, Salty, Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner and, The Beebo Brinker Chronicles.
Ms. Gregory-Walker has just started a new job as the Theatre Manager for Revolution Stage Company, and is so excited to be a part of a new performance venue in downtown Palm Springs!
Tessa wishes to thank her Mum and Dad back in the UK, who have always supported her performances and would be at every concert and show if they could.
