Bass Wilson Raiser has been a professional performer, actor, singer, dancer, stand-up comedian, and cabaret artist since the 70s. After attending the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, he has done theater and musicals in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and New York City. Wilson created the role of Harry Heavyset in the award-winning PINAFORE! in LA and NYC.

Mr. Raiser has been in TV and movies, some of his credits include Growing Pains, Matlock, Home Improvement, General Hospital, Alien Nation, Melrose Place and Scare Tactics. Wilson has done commercials in Sweden and the USA.

Mr. Raiser sang with Gay Men’s Chorus Los Angeles and Men Alive of Orange County and with GMCLA performed in Moscow at Tchaikovsky Hall (in the first organized gay event in the history of Russia), also St Petersburg, Tallin, Helsinki and Berlin.

Wilson currently sings with Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus and is honored and proud to be part of the CV Singers, while living in Cathedral City.
